Tone of voice guidelines, training and internal communications

TalkTalk wanted to make sure the way their people wrote and spoke to customers and to each other was consistent with their latest brand positioning.

So tone of voice experts Afia helped them hone their brand personality, then developed a tone of voice. And to bring it to life I created a look for the training material and guidelines that was modern, bright and energetic – a reflection of the TalkTalk brand. So everything that people saw in relation to the new tone of voice was inviting, crystal clear and easy to use – and full of real-life examples that got everyone talking.
