Bringing their leadership change programme alive

E.ON’s board wanted to free their managers up to make effective decisions without needing to refer back to the them. Giving their managers the freedom to take ownership and be entrepreneurial. 

Working with the storytellers at Afia to come up with a simple yet emotive idea – ‘We’re handing the business over to you’. My glowing-hearted figures symbolised that passion and sense of empowerment. And I used them throughout the training materials, which supported leaders through the new way of doing things.
