Heineken – Induction quiz
Heineken had been hard at work recruiting new talent. Their new joiners were smart and keen to learn. So the self initiated induction programme was perfect. But was it as good as it looked? Had it really helped people understand their brand?
Heineken weren’t keen on stuffy classroom tests and scorecards. They liked the idea of evaluating their people informally. And that’s where we came in.
We created an online quiz that was fun but foolproof. And as a way of putting a face to a name, we suggested the UK marketing manager should introduce the quiz and welcome everyone on board. We created a relaxed and approachable video (helped by doodles popping out of Alisha’s head.) Heineken loved the refreshing approach – yes, pun intended – which gelled perfectly with their culture and learning style.
